Structured training to develop the athlete


Class Description

The key for the class is to give the young adolescents the structure and guidance to help them master the key barbell movements and start driving training adaptations. It's essential to encourage training proficiency at this stage so they're ready to maximise strength and power potential during the adolescent growth spurt. Class times: Monday: 5:45pm - 6:40pm Tuesday: 5:45pm - 6:40pm Wednesday: 5:45pm - 6:40pm Thursday: 5:45pm - 6:40pm Friday: 5:45pm - 6:40pm Saturday: 10:00am - 10:55am
