This class will allow our youngest athletes to
experience just how fun the gym environment can be.
The program will integrate games with the learning of
fundamental movement patterns, while encouraging
the youth to start challenging themselves physically.
Class times:
Monday: 4:45pm - 5.40pm
Wednesday: 4:45pm - 5.40pm
Thursday: 4:45pm - 5.40pm
Friday: 4:45pm - 5.40pm
Saturday: 9am - 9.50am
